As the scientist and his colleagues watch from behind the glass, Bugs grows increasingly annoyed by the constant observation—until he decides to turn the experiment on its observers. Written by Don R. Christensen and illustrated by Fred Abranz, this classic Looney Tunes tale captures the absurdity and wit of Bugs’ mischievous mind, with Tony Strobl’s cover adding a playful splash of cartoon energy to a 15-cent comic from 1961.

A naturalist becomes fascinated with the complexity, furnishings, and amenities of Bugs’ rabbit hole, vs. that of ordinary rabbits, and installs a one-way glass through which he and his colleagues can observe the bunny in his (un)natural habitat. Bugs agrees at first, but quickly tires of the intrusions and decides to take action.
