Elmer Fudd trades his hunting cap for a mail carrier's uniform on this cheerful 1961 Dell issue, depicted lugging a stuffed U.S. Mail satchel while licking an envelope — with Bugs Bunny sitting nearby wearing a knowing grin and holding a letter of his own. A stack of mail piled at their feet suggests the two have quite a correspondence going, and the warm pink backdrop gives the whole scene a light, playful energy.
