Bugs Bunny channels ancient Rome on this October 1995 cover, charging forward on a white horse in full charioteer gear while a cheering colosseum crowd roars behind him. Yosemite Sam looms in the upper corner decked out in Viking helmet and armor, and Elmer Fudd appears ready for battle as well — promising the kind of gleefully chaotic historical send-up only the Looney Tunes gang can deliver. With its "Hip, Fab, Fun" banner and a story titled "Ben Hare or 'Status Quo Vadis,'" this issue wears its affectionate parody credentials right on its sleeve.
