Pepé Le Pew suits up for a cosmic courtship in this 2005 DC issue, floating through outer space in a full spacesuit while reaching dramatically toward an equally suited — and visibly unamused — Sylvester the Cat, with a speech bubble declaring "Ma cherie, you are out of this world!" Cover pencils by Leo Batic and inks by Horacio Ottolini give the zero-gravity scene a wonderfully expressive energy. With Earl Kress writing and Mike DeCarlo on interior art, "The Right Stink" promises the kind of lovesick slapstick that makes Looney Tunes such a delight.
