Lobster Johnson: Get the Lobster #5

The five-part "Get the Lobster" arc reaches its finale here, and Tonči Zonjić's cover sets the stakes beautifully — the masked, gun-drawn Lobster Johnson stands atop what appears to be a Nazi-emblazoned zeppelin fin, a biplane wheeling through the bright blue sky just behind him. It's a pulp adventure image straight out of the golden era of two-fisted heroes, rendered with Zonjić's clean, confident linework and Dave Stewart's crisp colors. Mike Mignola and John Arcudi bring their five-issue showdown to a close in this 2014 Dark Horse issue that wears its retro thrills proudly.
