This January 2016 issue of DC's Lobo series delivers a striking cover by Leonardo Manco — a battered, shirtless Lobo stands triumphantly atop a massive, biohazard-marked war machine, one fist raised high clutching what appears to be a glowing weapon, wounds visible across his chest. The machine itself is bristling with weapons and adorned with a skull emblem, lending the whole image a gritty, hard-won-victory feel. With Cullen Bunn and Frank Barbiere co-writing and Robson Rocha on interior art, "Overdose" looks like a fittingly intense chapter in this incarnation of the Main Man's New 52 run.
