Little Max Comics #23

This issue contains two Little Max stories. In "Caught Short," Max prepares to get spiffed up for Alice's party and attempts to borrow items—including a haircut, violin, and his mother's scissors—from his friend Casey, but his schemes backfire comically. In "Max-imum Visibility," Max wears an oversized top hat to accompany Alice on a walk, causing the hat to create mayhem as it keeps slipping and getting caught on various objects, ultimately resulting in Max's embarrassment.
