Little Ike and his friend Bobby embark on a treasure hunt, obtaining a map of Kentucky from a man named Steve that shows the location of buried treasure marked at Fort Knox. Excited by the map's red and blue lines, the boys gather supplies including a shovel and tape measure to begin their search. Meanwhile, in a separate story, Little Ike joins a musical band as a vocalist under the stage name "Patti Peach" after being rejected from another group, and the "Scrape Bang" performs on Main Street where they attract a crowd. A third story depicts Little Ike in a humorous tug-of-war with a boy named Spike, where Ike's strength and cunning allow him to outwit and ultimately pull Spike over a line after tying the rope around his wrist.
