Little Eva deals with the mischievous titular character in two separate stories. In the first story, Eva's bicycle is taken by the neighborhood bully Knuckles Knowley, so she devises a plan to sneak it back while he is occupied in a grocery store, only to find it locked and unable to escape with it. In the second story, Eva plays by a tree and discovers what she believes to be a flying saucer trying to contact Earth, leading her to communicate with the alien craft and learn that it will be landing on Earth that very night.
