The boys glumly realize that someday they'll grow up and get married to girls, like most guys do. Ambrose is determined to devote his life to fishing instead of getting married, but the girls tell him they've already picked out his future wife: Bubbles McBounce, an obese girl who just moved to the West Side. While Ambrose's mother tells him that someday he'll want to get married when he finds a girl who understand him, the boys start fighting over the right to marry Bubbles, who is despondent when she realizes that they only want her because her father owns McBounce's ice cream parlor.
