Little Archie Comics Digest Magazine #16
In "The Third Wish," Little Archie faces a heartfelt dilemma when he learns that Sue Stringly’s mysterious boyfriend, Parnell, is actually a stray cat she’s been feeding. With his savings meant for new Silver Flash roller skates, Archie must decide whether to spend his money on himself or help Sue and her feline friend. Written and drawn by Bob Bolling, with coloring by Barry Grossman and lettering by Bob Bolling, this touching 1985 story captures the quiet kindness of childhood empathy. The cover, by Dexter Taylor, hints at the mystery without giving away the heart of the tale.
