The second story, presented across several pages, follows two characters navigating a dangerous fire-filled landscape and later encountering the Iron Mask in the Tower of London, with plans to uncover secrets of a Moated Manor. A third story, "Jingo Jones and His Invisibiliser" by Tom Stirling, follows a schoolboy who discovers an invisibiliser gadget and uses it to expose two crooked men attempting to swindle his school, ultimately getting his classmates' help to catch the thieves. The issue also includes a "World-Wide Quiz" feature with illustrated trivia questions covering animals, objects, landmarks, and general knowledge.
