Life with Archie #190
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThis February 1978 issue of Life with Archie throws our favorite redhead into a genuinely tense situation — cover pencils by Stan Goldberg depict Archie and a friend being confronted by the menacing Dr. Doom, while Betty stands trapped inside a glass containment pod surrounded by futuristic machinery. Dr. Doom's gleeful declaration that he has "great plans for both of you" makes it clear these teens are in way over their heads. It's a fun, pulpy sci-fi thriller cover that shows Life with Archie wasn't afraid to take its characters somewhere a little darker and more adventurous.
