Li'l Rascal Twins #18

This anthology issue contains two stories. "The All-Purpose Kit" features the twins imagining an emergency preparedness kit containing everything needed for any situation. "Li'l Lumberjack in 'The Artist'" follows a young artist who ventures into the wilderness to paint scenic landscapes, where he encounters one of the twins and gives her a camera to photograph him in action poses for publicity back in the city. A third story shows Mrs. Van Sawbuck welcoming what she believes are her children for a visit, but discovers she has mistakenly invited a poor family; the story explores the twins' father's struggles to provide for his family despite their financial hardships.
