Li'l Pan encounters two boys who invite him to explore a strange metal structure with a robot inside that responds to music by dancing uncontrollably. When the robot begins to malfunction due to the music's effect, the boys and Li'l Pan must escape. Later, Professor Fresser arrives at Joe's Cafe with Sammy, his trained baby seal, where the seal's antics cause confusion and amusement among the patrons.
