Li'l Genius #21

Li'l Genius attempts to fix a rattling escalator at a department store owned by Mr. Blather, but his investigation of the noise leads him to discover a burglar hiding in the building instead. When Li'l Genius sneaks downstairs to investigate further, the burglar eludes him in the darkness, though Li'l Genius manages to turn on a light to better search for the intruder. The issue also includes a full-page advertisement for various mail-order premiums and toys available with cover coupons.
