The story title "Struck by Lightning!" promises something charged and consequential for this Legion member, and the cover — rendered by penciller Jeffrey Moy and inker W. C. Carani — sells that tension with an image that practically buzzes off the page. With Tom Peyer and Tom McCraw scripting, this is a fine jumping-on point for fans of DC's far-future team.
