With Earth-Man and reinforcements arriving just in time, the Legion confronts the extremists head-on, while elsewhere on Naltor, Dyogene offers a Green Lantern ring to a reluctant new candidate. Back on Earth, a Durlan assassin replaces the Science Police Chief, and the Legion’s victory is marked by an unexpected celebration at headquarters. Written by Paul Levitz and illustrated by Yıldıray Çınar with Francis Portela, inks by Wayne Faucher, and colors by Hi-Fi, this 2010 issue features a cover by Yıldıray Çınar and Wayne Faucher.

The Legion responds to an emergency and finds that a group called the Earth Force caused the crash of an airliner intended to take some of the Titanian refugees to a new home. The timely arrival of Earth-Man and a second wave of Legionnaires turns the tide against the xenophobes. Meanwhile, Dyogene visits Naltor and offers a Green Lantern ring to a new candidate, but she refuses. Back on Earth, a Durlan assassinates Science Police Chief Zendak and takes his place. Later, Earth-Man leads the Legion to the cabal of powerful xenophobes and celebrates back at headquarters in a surprising way.
