“United We Fall, Conclusion”

In "United We Fall, Conclusion," Sugar and Spike take up residence at the MetaHuman Museum of Oddities, now under the stewardship of the reformed villain Lamplighter. When an early version of the Legion of Super-Heroes arrives from the future chasing a mysterious object, the situation spirals as two later incarnations of the same team show up with identical goals—each from a different timeline. Written by Keith Giffen and illustrated with bold precision by Bilquis Evely, this issue blends time-travel intrigue with the series’ signature quirky tone. The cover by Brett Booth and Norm Rapmund captures the chaos in striking detail.

Sugar and Spike have been invited by the reformed villain Lamplighter to have the MetaHuman Museum of Oddities be their new base of operations. While moving their belongings to the Museum, an early incarnation of the Legion of Super-Heroes arrives from the future seeking an object that will lead to the development of a dangerous device in the future. The situation becomes more complicated when two later incarnations of the Legion arrive from their respective future eras with similar motives.
