Legends of Tomorrow #4

Aug 2016 · DC · 7.99 USD
“United We Fall, Part 4”

"United We Fall, Part 4" delivers a sharp, character-driven twist in the Legends of Tomorrow saga, as Hal Jordan enlists the unlikely duo of Sugar and Spike to investigate the Meta-Human Museum of Oddities—where an exhibit eerily resembling his long-lost alien companion, Itty, has sparked suspicion. Written by Keith Giffen and illustrated with bold, expressive detail by Bilquis Evely, the issue deepens the mystery around the museum’s enigmatic curator, Lee Carver (formerly the Lamplighter), while introducing a new player with ties to Itty’s mysterious lineage. The cover by Francis Manapul captures the tension perfectly, setting the stage for a story where past secrets and alien kinship collide.

Hal Jordan hires Sugar and Spike to investigate the new Meta-Human Museum of Oddities because one of the exhibits appears to be his old alien companion Itty. They find the museum is operated by Lee Carver, formerly known as GL foe The Lamplighter, who has acquired the exhibits through various means. Meanwhile, the unknown female villain from issue #2 has also been hired to recover the Itty display. It is discovered that she was hired by the alien's siblings to find their lost brother, all are offspring of the original Itty.
