Legends of the DC Universe #26

An unlikely and unsettling pairing takes center stage in Legends of the DC Universe #26, as Tony Harris's gorgeous painted-style cover shows the Joker and Aquaman tumbling together through churning ocean waves, surrounded by fish — the Clown Prince of Crime looking decidedly out of his element in his purple pinstripe suit while Aquaman cuts through the water with grim determination. "The Fishy Laugh" promises a delightfully strange team-up (or clash?) between two characters who couldn't be more different, and Steve Englehart, Trevor Von Eeden, and Joe Rubenstein are the creative team bringing it to life across this two-part story. A 2000 DC offering that earns its place in the Legends lineup with one of the more memorably odd pairings the series ever attempted.
