This 2024 installment of Legende, subtitled "Nieuw begin" ("New Beginning"), channels the primal tension of old European folk myth through the collaborative vision of writers Ange and Dieter Van Tilburgh and the painterly artwork of Yves Swolfs and Stéphane Collignon, with colors by Natalia Marques. If the cover is any measure, this ninth chapter promises atmosphere and dread in equal measure.
