La princesse du sang #2
The second and concluding part of La Princesse du Sang arrives from Dupuis' Aire Libre imprint in 2011, with writer Jean-Patrick Manchette's story brought to vivid life through Max Cabanes' richly atmospheric artwork. The cover, painted by Cabanes, sets a tense, urgent mood: a young man clutching a rifle strides forward across sun-scorched terrain, a smaller figure — a child — hurrying close behind him, while the warm glow of a dramatic sky and the shadowy hulk of what appears to be a crashed or abandoned aircraft loom in the background. It's a striking image that speaks to flight, danger, and an unlikely alliance, making this a compelling addition to any Franco-Belgian comics collection.
