The third volume of Issa Boun's La Mousserie arrives with a subtitle that says it all: Vous remercie de votre visite… — "thanks for your visit" — delivered with the series' signature deadpan charm. The cover features the series' round-faced, red-haired clown character, dressed in an orange jacket and yellow trousers, giving a mild little wave goodbye that somehow manages to be both polite and utterly absurd. Published by Monsieur Pop Corn in 2019, this is French-language humor at its most delightfully weird.
