☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freePart of DC's sweeping 1994 Zero Hour crossover event, this issue of L.E.G.I.O.N. '94 presents the team in a moment of raw, urgent tension — a green-skinned, bald figure in a dark cape surges forward from the ground at the center of the cover, chains binding his wrists, while a massive yellow-and-black powerhouse looms to the right and an armored, yellow-helmeted figure brandishes more chains to the left, with several other teammates caught between them against a grim cityscape backdrop. Barry Kitson's cover pencils and inks give the whole ensemble a forceful, dynamic charge that makes the stakes of "Down to Zero" feel immediate. With Tennessee Peyer writing and Arnie Jorgensen and Derec Aucoin on interior art, this is a satisfying slice of mid-'90s DC cosmic drama.
