# The Adventures of Koko and Kola #5 This issue contains two stories featuring the animal characters Koko and Kola. In the first story, a gorilla disrupts a ladies' stocking sale at what appears to be a circus, and Koko and Kola devise a trick to knock the gorilla unconscious, allowing the circus to proceed safely. In the second story, Koko and Kola encounter a traveling carnival wagon and attempt to trick some bullies into freeing a duck named Patty by disguising themselves, which ultimately leads to a confrontation with the carnival's owner that sends the characters flying through the air; the story ends with Koko and Kola deciding to give up being midgets when they grow older and learning a lesson about milk.
