This 1976 DC issue puts Kobra in a rooftop standoff with the towering, flame-propelled robot Solaris, as Kobra looms menacingly over a fallen figure with the chilling boast that no one can stop him — only for a defiant challenger to complicate that claim. Ernie Chua's cover art captures a wonderful sense of scale and danger, with jets of fire framing the scene against a moody purple sky and a gothic tower silhouette. The header's promise of "Twin Brothers — One Man Good, the Other Evil" adds an intriguing layer to the confrontation, making this issue of Kobra a compelling slice of mid-seventies DC adventure.
