Milestone Media's street-level hero takes center stage in this August 1994 entry from DC's groundbreaking imprint, with cover art by Arvell Jones and John Stanisci putting Kobalt in a tense urban alley scene. The armored, long-haired hero charges forward wielding a chain while two snarling attack dogs close in on a terrified man crawling desperately across the pavement — a vivid snapshot of the kind of gritty, ground-level danger the title subtitle "Going to the Dogs" promises. With John Rozum writing and Jones on interior art as well, this third issue of the series delivers the same creative team that's been shaping Kobalt's world from the start.
