This issue of Knockout Comic is an anthology containing multiple stories. "Deed-a-Day Danny" follows Danny as he attempts to help a fair-haired man get customers by acquiring a jet engine, leading to comedic chaos. "Avataea" tells of a missionary who arrives on a tropical island where a native girl named Avataea is joyfully reunited with her lover, and the three chums depart by ship after celebrating the wedding. "Tinker" features the character discovering a hidden city beneath the water after being swept between massive water-wheels, where he encounters prisoners including Sexton Blake and Lotus held captive by villains, and must attempt a daring rescue.
