Part two of Tini Howard's fantasy-tinged X-Men saga drops the Knights of X straight into the thick of it — Yanick Paquette's cover depicts a fierce melee set against what appears to be a bustling market or fairground, with colorful pennants strung overhead as a purple-haired swordswoman, a wild-maned berserker wielding a blade, a red-haired youth unleashing a crackling energy burst, Gambit, and several other mutant figures clash against a towering blue-skinned figure and an insectoid opponent in the foreground. Erick Arciniega's vivid colors make the whole brawl crackle with energy, and the story title "Never Split the Party" — a nod to tabletop adventuring wisdom — hints that keeping this unlikely band together is easier said than done. Bob Quinn handles the interior art, making this an eagerly anticipated chapter in Marvel's Destiny of X era.
