Part of the "Running with the Devil" arc, this third issue finds Wilson Fisk — immaculate in his white suit — locking hands in what looks like a tense, carefully measured handshake with a suited figure whose red-tinted glasses hint at anything but a simple business deal. Jeff Dekal's cover composition is quietly unsettling, staging the encounter from a low angle while an ominous oversized shadow looms across the ornate wallpaper above them. Matthew Rosenberg and Ben Torres continue their street-level portrait of power with "By the Throat," a title that makes that cordial handshake feel considerably less friendly.
