Javi Fernández brings Spawn to life in the interior pages while Jonathan Glapion's cover delivers a striking vision of the hellspawn anti-hero — battered, bloodied, and bristling with jagged necroplasmic spikes as he looms forward out of near-total darkness. The contrast of deep crimson wounds against that teal-tinted symbiotic suit makes for an arresting, moody image that captures the toll this character's existence demands. Sean Lewis and Todd McFarlane's 2022 series continues to push Spawn into compelling, shadowy territory with issue #6.
