King Comics #24

Starling Comics #24 is an anthology featuring multiple stories. "The Pyroman" story depicts an American patriot in white with an American flag fighting Nazi and Japanese military forces over a map showing Japanese secret strategy. A separate story shows Pyroman battling Nazi agents who develop a machine to freeze helium to absolute zero, planning to destroy a dirigible filled with helium over Staten Island, while the weather bureau records catastrophic temperature drops across New York. "The Oracle" tells of a mysterious menace created by Nazi scientists that sinks ships silently in American waters; Bob Paxton, aided by prophetic visions, battles the threat with a gigantic hydrodon. Additionally, the issue features the Four Corners team retrieving a captured comrade and discovering a secret musical code hidden in a music box.
