# Kid Cowboy #7 The issue contains two main stories. "Death Stalks the Streets of the Ghost Town of Twin Buttes" follows Kid Cowboy as he investigates a feud between the Lane and Norris families over a gold mine; one of the Lane family vanishes without a trace, and Kid Cowboy works to uncover the mystery. "The Singing Cowboy in the Ghost of Hangman's Lode" features the Singing Cowboy confronting threats at Hangman's Mine, where he must deal with a woman wielding a shotgun and protect his companions Chuckawalla and Clint from danger. The issue also includes a third story showing Kid Cowboy infiltrating a Colonel's camp under cover of darkness to learn of plans involving a running dog and conflicts with Native American tribes, leading to a cavalry battle where reinforcements arrive to turn the tide.
