Kid Colt Outlaw #186

Kid Colt finds himself surrounded and outgunned in this 1974 Marvel Western, the cover — penciled by Larry Lieber and inked by Frank Giacoia — capturing a ferocious multi-directional ambush as the red-shirted gunfighter blasts his way through a crumbling building while enemies close in from above and below. Speech bubbles make clear he's wounded but refusing to quit, defiantly vowing not to fall until his fight is done. Story title "The Unbeatable Mr. Brown!" promises a worthy adversary inside, with Stan Lee writing and Dick Ayers handling the art and lettering throughout.
