“Rustlers from Sawtooth”

In "Rustlers from Sawtooth," Tim Walsh takes on a dangerous assignment when rancher Ned Warbucks hires him to investigate the mysterious disappearance of his ranch hands and stolen cattle. As Tim infiltrates the Warbucks ranch, he uncovers a secret plot in the shadows—only to be captured just as the rustlers prepare to mark him with their brand. Written by Ross Martin and illustrated by W. M. Allison, with a cover by Ken Ernst, this 1939 adventure blends Western grit with early detective suspense.
