K.O. gives Sis a dime so she'll leave him alone with Katy, but when Sis complains that she can't buy anything for a dime anymore, K.O. reminds her of the value that Archie Comics publications offer for a dime. Soon every child in the neighborhood demands a dime for an Archie comic book in exchange for leaving K.O. alone.
