Karl the Viking #4

Volume 4 of this Don Lawrence collection brings together more of Karl the Viking's seafaring adventures under the evocative title "The Fortress of Death," part of the ongoing Quest of the Long Ships saga. Lawrence's linework, both penciled and inked by his own hand, has long made this series a pleasure to revisit, and this 2008 edition keeps that work handsomely preserved. With writing by Ted Cowan and art fully rendered by Lawrence, it's a solid addition for anyone following Karl's Norse exploits across the collection.
