# Justice Traps the Guilty #71 This issue contains at least two stories. The first involves detectives Slade and Turner recovering stolen money with the help of Huntley, a banker, who sets a trap for a criminal named Franklin. The second story, titled "Trapped," follows detective Oscar Perskie investigating the murder of Mrs. Thelma Wescott, a cashier robbed and shot at a swank hotel; Perskie discovers the killer is actually Robert Gale, a roomer in the Wescott home who was the masked robber and whom Perskie kills in a shootout, preventing the state from having to execute him.
