An anthology of true crime stories presented as "Famous Police Cases" and "Famous Detective Cases." The first story involves twin sisters being questioned by police about a murder, with one accusing the other and claiming the law will trap the guilty party. A subsequent story follows detective work involving a man named Kenneth Colson staying at a boarding house run by Mrs. Emma Gorman, where suspicious activity and a sleepwalker named Mr. Hansen create complications. Another featured story, "Ask Eddie Green—Consultant to Crime," depicts the criminal underworld, including Eddie Green's involvement with various criminals and a tavern in Minnesota called Ruth's Place where underworld figures gathered during the 1930s.
