Justice Traps the Guilty #2

This anthology issue contains at least two distinct crime stories. The first involves a priest who discovers a woman named Rosa and her family being terrorized by a criminal named Bianco; the priest helps protect Rosa and her brother Joe from Bianco's threats, leading to Bianco's eventual capture. The second story follows special FBI agent Foley as he builds an airtight case against a dangerous criminal named James Skinner, who is found guilty and sentenced to seven years in prison despite Skinner's insanity defense. A third story features criminal Alvin Karpis, who uses his cunning to organize a gang and conduct train robberies while acquiring a girlfriend named Doris Dennison, though he eventually faces capture by law enforcement.
