“Devil in the Details”

In "Devil in the Details," Green Lantern Kyle Rayner arrives at the Starheart's lunar headquarters just as Obsidian manipulates Jade into joining him, unraveling the Starheart's constructs and unleashing a threat forged from the siblings' combined powers. Inside, Faust confronts a deception—his allies are facing a fake Alan Scott, while Dr. Mid-Nite seizes the moment to free Nelson from his helm and reclaim Starman’s gem. On Earth, Mr. Terrific calls in Power Girl and Supergirl, who’ve just fought the other Alan Scott, now turning their attention to the moon as he prepares to join the battle. Written by James Robinson and illustrated by Mark Bagley, with cover art by Bagley and Rob Hunter, this pivotal issue deepens the mystery of identity and power within the Justice League.

Green Lantern Kyle Rayner arrives outside the Starheart's headquarters on the moon just as Obsidian convinces Jade to unite with him. The Starheart's constructs disappear, but the gathered heroes now face a being with the combined powers of the siblings. Meanwhile, inside, Faust realizes that his group is facing a fake Alan Scott created with Dr. Fate's power. Dr. Mid-Nite separates Nelson from his helm, and recovers Starman's gem. Back on Earth, Mr. Terrific summons Power Girl and Supergirl from their fight with the other Alan Scott, who leaves them to head to the moon to join his children.
