Part of the DC Universe Rebirth era's "Terrorstrike" arc, this 2017 issue features a striking cover by Ivan Reis and Joe Prado that puts Killer Frost front and center — her pale blue complexion and sleek dark costume commanding attention as a menacing hooded figure looms behind her in swirling energy.
