In "Finale!", the fate of Washington, D.C. hangs in the balance as Glorious Godfrey unleashes a violent mob assault on the city's heroes. With the Justice League—Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Dr. Fate, and others—facing overwhelming odds, Robin (Jason Todd) arrives with a group of young children, forming a human shield that shifts the tide. As Godfrey lashes out in fury, the mob turns against him, only for him to summon warhounds in retaliation. The heroes fight valiantly, but Godfrey steals Dr. Fate’s helmet, hoping to seize its power—only to be undone by the very force he sought to control. Darkseid’s grand design collapses in the aftermath.
