A grotesque, skull-faced monstrosity erupts across this 2015 New 52 cover, its writhing intestinal tendrils ensnaring a massive, stitched-together green creature while two other figures — a dark-haired man in black and a red-haired woman in purple — struggle at the edges of the chaos. Guillem March's cover work is viscerally unsettling, capturing the kind of supernatural horror that Justice League Dark does better than any other DC team book. J. M. DeMatteis continues "The Amber of the Moment" with Andres Guinaldo, Walden Wong, and Chris Sotomayor bringing the interior to life in what promises to be a fittingly dark chapter.
