In "The Kraal of Deadly Diamonds," Tiger Girl races to save blind potter N'Pogi from a mandrill ambush, only to find herself drawn into a deadly web when N'Pogi leads three white men to the Sun Temple of Takala. There, they battle giant tarantulas to uncover a shocking truth—every jewel in the temple is a decoy. Meanwhile, back at N'Pogi’s empty hut, Tiger Girl faces a new threat: a leopard closing in from the shadows.

In "The Ice Beast," Rulah faces a chilling threat when the villain Monstro unleashes a weather machine in the jungle, plunging the region into a sudden, deadly snowstorm. With the villagers in danger, Rulah rallies them to make warm clothing, then tracks Monstro through the frozen wilderness. As the storm rages, she must outwit him before the machine's destruction unleashes a catastrophic flood.
