Poor Jughead can't catch a break — or a peaceful lunch — as this cover by Stan Goldberg and Henry Scarpelli captures him sprinting in full panic, his "Jughead's Big Bites" lunchbox clutched tight, while a boisterous pack of barking dogs gives enthusiastic chase (the speech bubble helpfully explains that his mom packed liverwurst sandwiches again). Archie and Betty look on with wide grins from the foreground, clearly delighted by the chaos unfolding before them. This 1997 digest volume packs in plenty of Riverdale fun, making it a satisfying grab for fans of the whole gang.
