Jughead #45

Jughead is completely out of control on this May 1993 cover, rocketing through the air in a pair of high-tech sneakers while desperately shouting "Dilton! How do I turn these sneakers OFF?!" — a perfectly Jughead predicament. A flustered Dilton reaches up helplessly nearby, while a wide-eyed blonde looks on in front of Dilton's Lab, capturing all the cheerful chaos Riverdale does so well. Cover pencils by Stan Goldberg and inks by Mike Esposito bring their signature warmth and energy to what promises to be a fun footwear fiasco inside.
