Snow Valley Ski Lodge sets the scene for some classic Jughead mischief in this February 1985 issue, with Dan DeCarlo's cover showing our crown-hatted hero bundled up in a fuzzy blue coat and snowshoes, skiing poles in hand. He's quipping "I'd like to see someone ROPE me into dancing!" — and sure enough, a lasso-swinging figure is bearing down on him from a pink snowmobile while a lively crowd dances nearby. It's a wonderfully fun winter outing for Riverdale's most food-obsessed resident, and the warm laughs inside come courtesy of writer George Gladir and artist Samm Schwartz.
