The Riverdale gang has just stumbled out of a 3D screening of "Jowls" — a clear shark-movie send-up — and Jughead, still wearing his 3D glasses, is more worked up about the bad popcorn than anything on screen. Dan DeCarlo and Jim DeCarlo's cover captures the group's post-movie banter perfectly, with Archie, Betty, and a curly-haired friend looking on as Jughead delivers his verdict with characteristic priorities firmly in place.
